• Payment: A 50% deposit is due to confirm reservation, with the balance due upon arrival. One night stays require full payment in advance. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and checks accepted upon arrival for payment of balance.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 2 weeks (30 days for Indian Market and holidays) prior to scheduled arrival date to ensure refund of deposit. With less notice, you will receive a refund only if we are able to re-rent your room. A $25.00 fee will be charged for all cancellations.
• Check-in: Flexible to accommodate your traveling schedule (after 2:00 p.m. preferred). Please make advance arrangements for arrivals after 8:00 p.m. Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
• Restrictions: Children age 12 or older are welcome in any room; children of all ages welcome in cottages and detached suites. Well-behaved pets allowed with a $20.00 fee. No smoking inside the Inn.
• Breakfast: Full breakfast.
• Recommended Favorite Recipes: Geneva's Sweet Cherry Muffins, ... Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls, ... "Mounds Balls" and Chewy Coconut Bars.

• Directions: From Albuquerque: Take I-25 North and exit to St. Francis Drive. Follow St. Francis into town and turn right at Cerrillos Road. Turn right at Paseo de Peralta and follow it as it curves around. Turn right on Marcy (just past Palace Avenue). The inn is a half block up on the right.
  From 285 North: Follow signs to Downtown Plaza. Turn left on Paseo de Peralta. Then turn left on Marcy Street. The inn is a half block up on the right.
