• Accommodations: 1 suite and 1 guesthouse. Suite has living room, bedroom, private bath, fireplace. Guesthouse has 2 bedrooms (sleeps four), living room, kitchen, fireplace, and private bath. Linens and utensils provided in guesthouse.
• Rates: Rates are based on single/double occupancy. Additional person in room is $15.00 per night. Rates do not include taxes and are subject to change without notice.

• Payment: 50% deposit required in advance. Visa, MasterCard, and personal and travellers checks accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 10 days prior to scheduled arrival or room must be re-rented for refund of deposit. Guests are liable for 50% of cost of stay if cancellation notice is less than 10 days and the room cannot be re-rented.
• Restrictions: No smoking. Check about pets.
• Breakfast: A full breakfast is served in Bed and Breakfast suite. Continental plus self-serve in Casita (guesthouse).
• Special Events at Inn: Very small weddings and receptions.
• Attractions & Special Events: Located close to museums, restaurants, and shops. Outlying area has mountains, Indian ruins, and National Monuments. Skiing (Santa Fe Ski Basin - downhill and cross-country), hiking, art galleries & museums, opera, and other music festivals.
