Heavenly Lodge, located near Tijeras, New Mexico just outside of Albuquerque, is a retreat facility that can provide the perfect getaway for your corporate retreat, workshops, or group lodging.

The lodge, situated on six private acres in New Mexico's beautiful East Mountains is surrounded by tall pine trees and features a hot tub and small pond. A second story balcony directly from the dining area that spans the front of the lodge, while a beautiful slate sunroom directly off of a main living room provides a popular gathering place.

Heavenly Lodge provides accommodations for groups of up to sixteen people in its four bedrooms with queen and/or twin beds. The bedding arrangements can be changed to suit your group's specific needs. The lodge also offers two full baths and a laundry room. Two large living rooms each has seating for up to twelve people, give plenty of room for group conferences and meetings. In addition to the living room conference areas, two break-out mini meeting areas are available for smaller and private meetings. A bunkhouse is also available, as well as a covered yoga/dance floor, a hot tub, and an outdoor bathhouse.

Heavenly Lodge's on site chef, Penny DeRose, will make sure that the members of your group are both well-fed and satisfied and dietary needs can be accommodated. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all served daily in the retreat's open dining area (extra charge).

"Tijeras" derives from the Spanish word for "scissors," describing the shape of two canyons of the East Mountains crossing like the blades of scissors.

Recreation is plentiful in the East Mountain area around Tijeras. Take a hike or walk and explore the beautiful countryside. Take time to reflect by the lodge's on site pond. The area provides plenty of hunting, as well as great walks through the beautiful outdoors. A short ride to Santa Fe or Albuquerque offers some of the best shopping, dining, and tourism in the midwest.
