• Accommodations: 7 rooms: all rooms have private baths. 4 rooms have fireplaces. 2 rooms have separate entrances. All rooms have plush soft robes, ceiling fans, private phones with voice messaging, and cable TV, and all rooms in the main house have data ports. This is an eco-friendly inn. All cleaning agents used to clean guest room are all natural, environmentally safe products and laundry products are bio-degradable as well as other earth saving programs.

• Payment: A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Balance due upon arrival. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and checks are accepted for balance upon arrival. One night stays require full payment in advance.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days (30 days for major holidays and Indian Market) prior to scheduled arrival date to ensure a refund of deposit. Otherwise, we may only refund your deposit if we re-rent the room. A $25.00 fee will be charged for all cancellations.
• Check-in: Flexible to accommodate your traveling schedule (after 2:00 p.m. preferred). Please make advance arrangements for arrivals after 8:00 p.m. Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
• Restrictions: No smoking inside the Inn. No pets. Children 12 and over welcome.
• Breakfast: Full.
• Languages Spoken: French and English.
• Special Inn Events: Small conferences (up to 8 people). For a real treat, indulge in a rejuvenating massage or facial at the onsite Absolute Nirvana Spa. Our guests also enjoy membership privileges at the full-service El Gancho Health and Tennis Club.

• Directions: Take I-25 North, exit St. Francis Drive. Follow St. Francis into town and turn right at Cerrillos Road. Turn right at Paseo de Peralta and follow it as it curves around to Palace Avenue. Turn right on to Palace Avenue and then left at the big church on Faithway. The Madeleine is at the end of Faithway, on the right.
  Directions from 285: Turn left on to Old Taos Highway, then turn left again on Paseo de Peralta. Turn right on Otero Street and go two blocks to Palace Avenue. Turn left on Palace Avenue and then left at the big church on Faithway. The Madeleine is at the end of the block on the right.
