• Payment: Deposit of 1 night's stay or half the balance of the total stay, whichever is greater.
• Cancellation Policy: If your plans require that you cancel your reservation, cancellation notice must be received more than 14 days in advance of the confirmed arrival date for deposit refund. Any refunded deposit will be subject to a $25.00 handling fee. Guests will be charged for their fully reserved stay regardless of their actual arrival or departure date.
