- Payment: Deposit is 1 night's stay minimum or 1/2 of
total rate. No credit cards.
- Cancellation Policy: Notice of cancellation must be
received at least 10 days prior to scheduled arrival date to ensure
return of deposit. For cancellations made within 10 days of
scheduled arrival date, deposits will be refunded only for those
days that are re-booked. All refunds are subject to a $15.00
administrative fee.
- Restrictions: No smoking indoors. No pets.

From I-40, go south on Rio Grande Boulevard,
then east on Mountain Ave. to 19th Street (traffic light). Turn
right on 19th to Old Town Road, left on Old Town and right on 17th
Street. 707 is midway on the right.
