- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation must be received at least 10 days prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit. Cancellations received less than 10 day prior to scheduled arrival date will be eligible for a refund of deposit only if cottage is rebooked. All refunds are subject to a $15.00 administrative fee.
- Restrictions: No smoking indoors. No pets. Children welcome.
- Breakfast: Continental. Full kitchen.

- Recreation & Activities: Paseo del Bosque Recreation Trail nearby. Pleasant walking and biking. Abundant, gorgeous mountain day hiking. Backpacking. Shopping at Old Town.
- Attractions & Special Events: Old Town, Downtown, museums, botanical garden, aquarium, zoo, Indian Pueblo Cultural Center, National Hispanic Cultural Center, plenty of outdoor activities, and many destinations for day trips.
- Directions: Located near the Intersection of Lomas Blvd. and 16th Street with easy access from both I-25 and I-40.
