• Accommodations: 4 rooms with private baths (some have whirlpool tubs and fireplaces), and 6 rooms with shared baths. Fireplace in living room. Each room comes with phone, TV, and VCR. All rooms have air conditioning.
• Rates: $135.00 to $285.00. Rates subject to change without notice.
• Open: All year.

• Payment: Deposit is 1 night's rental fee or 50% of scheduled reservation (which ever is higher). Visa, MasterCard, American Express and personal checks accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Full charges will apply to cancellations received with less than 14 days' notice. Sixty days' cancellation notice are required on rentals of three or more rooms.
• Restrictions: Smoking allowed on outside porch only. No pets. Children welcomed. Drinking in moderation.
• Breakfast: A full breakfast is included in your rates. Complimentary beverages in guest pantry.
• Recommended Favorite Recipes: Banana Muffins, ... Tom's Granola, and Breakfast Casserole.
• Special Events at Inn: Can accommodate up to 40 people for weddings, receptions, family reunions, and conferences.
• Recreation & Activities: Ocean Beach, River Lake, Boardwalk, tennis, golf, birding, Playhouse, Race track, antiquing, biking, fishing in Shark River, Silver Lake and Atlantic Ocean, sailing, in-line skating, surfing, and historic villages. Six Flags Park nearby. Seafood Festival in June. Kite Festival in September. October Craft Fair, St. Patrick Day Parade, and Sand Castle Contest.

• Directions: Garden State Parkway to Exit 98. Route 138 East to Route 35 North. At 5th traffic light turn right on 8th Avenue. Follow to end, turn left on Ocean Avenue. Proceed to Fourth Avenue, turn left and you'll find the Inn on the left, two blocks from the beach.
  From the NJ Turnpike: travelling North, take Exit 7A to Route 195 East or travelling South, take Exit 11 to the Garden State Parkway and continue as above.
