Ingredients:

One 1-pound loaf cinnamon raisin bread, cubed

One 8-ounce package cream cheese, diced

1 cup chopped apples, peeled

8 eggs

2-1/2 cups half & half

6 Tablespoons butter, melted

1/3 cup real maple syrup

Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with non-stick spray. Layer 1/2 of the bread cubes in the bottom. Sprinkle all the apples and diced cream cheese on top. Layer the rest of the bread cubes on top.

In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the cream, butter, and maple syrup; pour over bread mixture. Cover with plastic wrap and press down so that all bread pieces are soaked. Refrigerate 2 to 24 hours.

Bake in a preheated oven at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
