French Fried French Toast

Have syrups out and warmed. Start French Fryer heating; it's ready when the light goes out.

Ingredients

3 double-thick slices of bread, cut into quarters, crust removed

3 eggs

1/2 cup milk

1 teaspoon nutmeg

1 teaspoon white pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 Tablespoon sugar

Combine all ingredients except bread, beat well, and pour into flat soup bowl. Soak slices on both sides until they won't hold any more batter. Fry 4 pieces at a time until golden brown. Dust with powdered sugar and garnish with parsley. Serve with warmed syrup. Increase measurements as needed for more servings.
