  Minimum stay varies seasonally -- usually 1 to 3 nights. Summer season weekends require a 3-night minimum stay.

• Payment: 50% deposit for 2 or more nights (100% for one night).
• Cancellation Policy: In the event you must cancel, shorten your stay, or change the dates of your reservation, notice must be received at least 15 days prior to scheduled arrival date in order to guarantee a refund of your deposit (less a $25.00 per room cancellation fee). Any such change made within the 15 days prior to your scheduled arrival will result in a refund only if we are able to refill your entire booking. No refund is made within the last 48 hours prior to 1:00 p.m. on the date of scheduled arrival.
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking. No candles.
• Breakfast: Full memorable breakfast.
• Special Events at Inn: Very small wedding ceremonies (not receptions).
• Recreation & Activities: Beach, swimming, golf, tennis, whale watching, and fishing all nearby.
• Attractions & Special Events: Atlantic Ocean and Cape May, a National Historic Landmark City.
• Recommended Local Restaurants: Blue Claw - Ocean Drive (609) 884-5878 and Washington Inn - Washington Street (609) 884-5697.
• Directions: Take the Garden State Parkway - South to its end, which is just outside of Cape May. Continue straight into town and you will be on Lafayette Street. Stay on this street until you come to the first traffic light in town. Turn left at that light onto Madison Avenue. Remain on Madison Avenue until it ends at the ocean. Turn right onto Beach Drive. Follow Beach Drive until you come to the first traffic light in the boardwalk area (this is just 3 blocks after turning onto Beach Drive). Turn right, away from the ocean, onto Howard Street. Go up one very short block to the first corner and turn right again onto Stockton Avenue. Bedford Inn is the second house from the corner and there is a Bedford Inn sign hanging in the front yard and another sign over the front steps. Please be aware that there is a different street called Stockton Place, however, the Inn is on Stockton Avenue. Limited driveway parking is available for small to medium-size vehicles. Street parking is necessary for SUVs, station wagons, vans, and trucks.
