Bed and Breakfast

• Accommodations: 27 rooms, each with private bath; fireplace in main area.
• Rates: $95.00 to $315.00 per night for double occupancy depending on room and season. Rates do not include the 13% tax and are subject to change without notice.
• Open: All year.

• Payment: There is a $35.00 deposit required. Visa, MasterCard, and personal checks are accepted. In lieu of a credit card, 1 night or 50% of the entire stay (whichever is greater) is due by check or money order within 5 days of booking the reservation. All balances are to be paid in full at time of check-in.
• Check-in: after 2:00 pm. If you will arrive later than 9:00 pm, please notify the Front Desk. Check-out: 11:00 am.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date. If a reservation is cancelled within 14 days, 1 night will be charged to your credit card if the reservation is not re-rented in full. If you cancel within 3 days, the entire stay will be charged to you if we do not re-rent your reservation in full. There $35.00 processing fee applies to all cancellations.
• Restrictions: Smoking only on outside verandah, no pets. Children over 8 accepted.
• Breakfast: A full breakfast is served in the spacious dining room. Afternoon tea; wine and cheese nightly.
• Recommended Favorite Recipes: Baked French Toast, ... Eggs Benedict, ... Angel Flake Cake, ... Dream Bars, and "Christmas" Breakfast Casserole.
