Corn Pudding

Ingredients

2 Tablespoons cornstarch

2 eggs

1/3 cup sugar

2 Tablespoons melted butter

1 can evaporated milk

1 can cream-style corn

Mix cornstarch, eggs, and sugar thoroughly. Add milk and corn. Mix again. Pour into a casserole baking dish about 2 inches deep; pour melted butter on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until firm.
