• Open: February through first weekend in December.
• Rates: Rates are per night, based on single/double occupancy, and vary depending on season, type of accommodation, and day of week. Rates do not include New Jersey sales tax or gratuity and are subject to change without notice.

• Check-in: 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm (special arrangements can be made for late arrivals). Check-out: 11:00 am
• Payment: A 50% deposit is required on confirmed reservations. Balance due at check-in. Visa, MasterCard, checks, and cash accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date for a full refund of deposit, less a $25.00 service fee. If cancellation notice is received less than 14 days of scheduled arrival date, guest is responsible for full payment unless the reservation is filled.
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking indoors (allowed in the east garden only). Children age 14 and older welcome.
• Breakfast: Full breakfast included in rates.
• Recreation & Activities: Biking, beachcombing, birding, golf, tennis, water sports, boating, kayaking, miniature golf, and charter and party boat fishing.
• Attractions & Special Events: Beaches, Surflight Theater, Bicentennial Park, craft shows, bay cruise to Tuckerton Seaport, Barnegat Lighthouse State Park, and museums.
• Directions: Take the Garden State Parkway South to exit 63. Follow Rt. 72 East to end. Turn right onto Long Beach Boulevard. Follow for approximately 6 miles. Turn left on Centre Street.
