• Accommodations: 8 rooms and 1 suite, each with private bath and fireplace; most have whirlpool tubs. All rooms are double occupancy except suite, which can accommodate 2 extra people (also has a private entrance and is insulated from other areas).
• Rates: are per night, based are double occupancy (single occupancy for corporate rates). Additional persons (including babies) in suite are $10.00 per night. Dogs in certain rooms allowed for $35.00 per night. Rates do not include 7% sales tax and 5% lodging tax and are subject to change without notice.

  Typically, there is a 2-night minimum stay required for reservations including a Saturday; other minimums may apply. There is a 2-night minimum stay on weekends and holidays if all rooms are booked by same party.

• Check-in: 3:00 to 9:00 p.m. Check-out: 12:00 noon.
• Payment: Full payment is required to secure a reservation. Major credit cards are accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation, payment will be refunded less any charges for time we are unable to re-rent the room. There is a $30.00 minimum charge per room for cancellations. Corporate guests are guaranteed late arrival; cancellation notice must be received by 12:00 noon of the day of their scheduled arrival to avoid penalty.
• Restrictions: Smoking is permitted on outside porch only. Guests are asked to wear complimentary robes only in the privacy of their rooms. Arrangements for children (except in the Monaco Suite) must be made in advance and with the Innkeepers' approval. Pets (dogs only) are allowed in the Monaco Suite. Dogs must be crate-trained and stay in their crate when left alone in the room. Dogs must also stay in rooms at all times unless being walked. Other arrangements for dogs may be made with owners' prior approval. One dog in residence.
• Handicapped/Wheelchair Accessible: The Inn has an elevator with a ramped entrance from the parking lot. The common rooms and many guest rooms are wheelchair-accessible. The Tokyo Room shower/bath is also wheelchair-accessible. Where possible, we have tried to provide for the hearing and vision impaired as well as those with arthritic conditions. Those with special needs should consult the Innkeepers.
• Breakfast: Full gourmet breakfast served on white linen.
• Lunch/Dinner: Sometimes included with specials.
• Recommended Favorite Recipe: Breakfast Burrito Roll-Ups and Florentine Potato Quiche.
