• Minimum Stay: A 2-night minimum applies to some holiday and weekend reservations. Selected periods are subject to a 3-night minimum. Please call the innkeepers to see if a 2 or 3 night minimum is required.
• Check-in: 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm Guests who expect to arrive after normal check-in time should make special arrangements with the innkeepers prior to arrival date. Check-out: 11:00 am
• Payment: Full payment is required for stays of 1 night. One night's deposit is required for stays of 2 to 3 nights. A 2-night deposit is required for stays of 4 nights or longer. A 50% deposit is required for bookings exceeding 4 nights. Bookings made within 21 days of arrival must be paid in full. Visa, MasterCard traveler's checks and cash are accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: cancellation notice must be received more than 22 days prior to your scheduled arrival date for return of deposit minus a processing fee of $30.00 per room. If you cancel less than 22 days you will be charged the full amount of your stay, unless we are able to re-sell your room. Some peak periods require a 30-day cancellation period.

• Restrictions: Pets are welcome in select rooms. Children welcome. NH law prohibits smoking inside inn buildings. Non-compliance will result in a $250.00 cleaning fee and any additional costs for lost revenue.
