Wilderness Inn Muffins

Ingredients

2 cups flour

3/4 cup sugar

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 egg

3/4 cup plain yogurt

3/4 cup juice

1/2 stick melted butter

3/4 cup chopped fruit or nuts

Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda. In a separate bowl, blend together egg, yogurt, juice, and butter. Fold wet and dry ingredients together and add fruit or nuts. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
