• Accommodations: Each of the eight guestrooms includes a queen bed, (one has an adjoining room with 2 twin beds), private bath, TV/VCR, clock radio, phone. Some rooms have a CD player and also include fireplaces and jetted tubs. Hair dryers are available in each bathroom. All rooms are air conditioned and have wireless Internet access. Cottage rooms have queen beds, private baths, TV/VCR, fireplaces, and refrigerators. One cottage room has a jetted tub for 2, and another has a private porch.
• Rates: Rates are per night, based on single / double occupancy. Additional person in room is $25.00 per person, per night. Rates subject to 8% room tax and a 6% service charge. Rate subject to change without notice.

• Payment: A deposit of one night stay is required when making a reservation and for three or more nights a deposit of 50% is required. The balance will be due upon arrival. When outside activities are scheduled for our guests, an added deposit may be required. Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express, Traveler's Checks and cash accepted.
• Minimum Stay: A minimum stay may be required on weekends, holidays and peak periods.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit minus a processing fee of $25.00. If cancellations is received less than required 14 days as refund will be issued only if we are able to re-rent the room. During foliage season 30 days prior to the arrival date are required for cancellation, less a $25 handling fee.
• Restrictions: Children age 6 and older. No pets. Non-smoking facility.
• Breakfast: A full country breakfast is served each morning, with your choice of two entrees. Our menu changes daily!
• Recreation & Activities: An assortment of books and games at the inn. Summertime swimming pool on site. Hiking, mountain biking, bike rentals, fishing, skiing, canoe Saco River, Winter cross country or downhill skiing, snow-shoeing, snowboarding, ice skating and climbing.
• Attractions & Special Events: White Mountain National forest, Story Land, Santa's Village, Attitash Alpine Slide & Waterslides, Horseback Riding at the Fields of Attitash or black Mountain, the Conway Scenic Rail Road, the Cog Railway & Mt Washington Auto Road, Echo Lake State Park, Waterfall tours, North Conway shopping (tax free), Leaf season - fall foliage, Attitash Bear Peak, Wildcat Mountain Ski Resort, Sunday River, Bretton Woods, Cranmore Mountain Resort, and Black Mountain.
• Directions: As you travel through North Conway on Hwy 16, take the 16A exit (Intervale Resort Loop) to the right. Down 1-1/2 miles, the inn is on your right. House numbers are not issued in this area at this time. Drive carefully! If you need directions from a major city, please let us know. GPS Coordinates: 44.09835 N 71.14729 W. At this time, the Intervale Resort Loop is listed on the GPS systems as a road with no house numbers listed.
