The Glen Oaks Inn bears the distinction of having continually been a haven for travelers since it first opened in 1890. Part of the building, built in the 1830's, was located next door and operated as a general store for a time. It was moved to its present site in the late 1870's by Daniel Carlton, who then made extensive additions and opened it as The Glen Oaks Inn 1890.

And since that time visitors have enjoyed the warm hospitality at Glen Oaks Inn where they can wander through the B&B's lovely acreage, take a summertime swimming in the inn pool, or rest a spell on the porch.
