• Accommodations: All guest rooms have private baths with showers. Two rooms have 4-6 jet spa showers; Carrigain Cottage has a Claw foot Tub, Bemis Cottage has a Jetted Spa Tub, and one room has a 2-person whirlpool tub). Cottage Rooms have kitchenette, color cable television, guest controlled heat and Air Conditioning and wood or gas fireplace or gas wood stove. Some Inn Rooms have wood fireplaces.
• Rates: range from $85.00 to $245.00 per night depending on season and room. Rates are subject to 8% NH Rooms & Meals Tax. Single rates available in non-peak times only. Rates subject to change without notice. Children age 12 and under stay for free; teenagers stay for $19.00 per night (with two paying adults in same room). Additional adults stay for $39.00 per person, per night.

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit minus a $30.00 service charge. No refunds given for early departures.
• Restrictions: Children welcome. Pets are welcome in the Cottages with prior notice for $15.00 per stay. Please do not leave your pets unattended when you leave the property. No smoking indoors.

  From the South - take Interstate 93 North to Exit 32. Follow the Kancamagus Highway East (Rt 112) for 25 miles. Turn left onto Bear Notch Rd. Follow Bear Notch Rd to Bartlett (9 miles). Turn left at the blinking light onto Rt 302 West. The Bartlett Inn is located 1 mile from the blinking light on the left (south) side of Rt 302.
