Get Ready for the Holidays-Food and Wine Weekend
November 20 - 22, 2009 One of the most fun weekends of the year is devoted to food and wine. Cooking demonstrations by local chefs, a fabulous wine dinner plus a wreath to take home will get you ready for the holidays. Packages for two, from $360 to $560, include two nights lodging, breakfasts, wine dinner and all activities.

Inn to Inn Spring Herb Tour
Join us for the first annual Spring Herb Tour in the Mt. Washington Valley and learn all about the culinary uses of fresh herbs from innkeepers who use them daily. Each of 13 premier inns will feature a different fresh herb (Riverbend’s is rosemary) and offer samples of a recipe created using the herb (from tomato basil soup to chive biscuits, tarragon chicken salad to chocolate rosemary cookies). You’ll take home lots of herbal lore, a notebook of new recipes and plants or seeds to expand your own herb garden. A fabulous five-course dinner, with each course featuring fresh herbs, is offered as a special dining option. B&B packages for two, from $225 to $499 (depending on room selection) include two nights lodging, full breakfasts featuring fresh herbs, and two day Spring Herb Tour. Deluxe dinner packages for two include the B&B package plus special herb dinner one night; from $315 to $589. Half of the inns will be open for the self-driving tour from 11am to 4pm on Saturday, May 30 and the other half open 11-4 on Sunday, May 31.

Come Play in the Mud

Come to the Mt. Washington Valley and discover Mud Season, a.k.a. spring, and we’ll treat you to the joys of mud and massage. You’ll get two nights in a deluxe king size room, plus breakfasts (featuring Mud Coffee Cake and Muddy Parfaits), two 60 minute massages and mud-covered strawberries (chocolate dipped, actually). $425 for two.
