• Accommodations: 10 rooms, each with private bath. All rooms have king- or queen-size beds and include deluxe rooms with 2-person Jacuzzis and fireplaces, standard rooms, and two-room family suites. Wireless Internet Access throughout.
• Rates: Rates shown are double occupancy except for family suites. Fall foliage and some holidays may be slightly higher. Extended stay rates available for 4 or more nights. Price per day includes a full breakfast, discount on horseback rides and sleigh rides, and complimentary use of snowshoes -- all on our private acreage. Rates do not include 8% NH tax and are subject to change without notice.

Minimum stay is 2 nights on some weekends, 2 to 3 nights on some holidays, and 2 to 3 nights during holiday weeks and fall foliage.

• Payment: A full deposit is required for a 1- or 2-night stay to secure a reservation. For 3 or more nights, a first and last night's deposit is required. A 50% deposit is required for 4 or more nights. Visa and MasterCard accepted; personal checks accepted if received 3 weeks prior to arrival.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit, less a $20.00 handling fee. Fall foliage requires a 3-week cancellation period and a $25.00 handling fee.
• Check-in: 4:00 to 8:30 p.m. or by prior arrangement. Check-out: 10:30 a.m.
• Restrictions: No pets (a kennel is 4 miles away). Smoking not allowed in the inn. Children are welcome and must be well supervised at all times. Social drinking is allowed; however, we do not sell liquor.
• Breakfast: Full, included in rates.
• Afternoon Refreshments: Included all year.
• Languages Spoken: Spanish and English.

• Ranch Programs: Guided trail rides, sleigh rides for two or groups, fall foliage wagon rides, Victorian carriage rides upon request in the summer until snowfall. New foals every spring. Novice horsemanship workshops are given late spring and early summer. (May and June)
• Recreation & Activities: On-site activities: Saco River swimming and fly-fishing, horseback riding (all year long), sleigh rides for two and group rides, bird watching and nature walks, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing. Golf available 1/4 mile away or 3 miles away. Echo Lake State Park 1/2 mile away.
• Attractions & Special Events: White Mountain National Forest, Mt. Washington, Mt. Washington Valley Auto Rd., 6 downhill ski mountains, 5 cross-country ski centers, Storyland, Conway Scenic Railroad, 3 golf courses, Echo Lake State Park, canoeing and kayaking in the Saco River, Conway Lake, and North Conway Village for cultural events, restaurants, tax-free shopping, and recreation activities.
