• Accommodations: 12 rooms, each with private bath; 5 rooms with shared baths (2 in one area and 3 in another); and 1 condo/suite with bedroom, living room, deck, kitchen, and dining room (sleeps 2 to 6).
• Rates: $69.00 to $169.00 for two people depending on the room and season. And $149.00 t0 $199.00 for condo suite. Weekly rate for condo/suite: $799.00. Rates subject to change without notice.

• Payment: 1 night's rental by check or credit card required for deposit.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 1 week prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit. If notice is given less than 1 week in advance and room is not re-rented, there is a $15.00 service charge and deposit is forfeited.
• Restrictions: No smoking in public areas and most rooms. No pets. Kennels and pet sitters nearby.
• Breakfast: A full breakfast is served and rooms service is available.
