- Accommodations: Six guest rooms, three
with private bathrooms. Each room is equipped with an alarm clock,
an air-conditioner or window fan, an individual heater for the cool
weather, high thread count sheets and fluffy towels, at least one
chair for reading and relaxing, plenty of light, and nice views.
Hair dryers, irons and ironing boards, and forgotten
items may be available on request. Wireless Internet Access
throughout.

- Rates: Rates shown are per night based
on single / double occupancy. Each extra person in room is $25.00
per night. Rates do not include the 9% NH rooms and meals tax.

- Payment: A 25% deposit is required at
time of booking to guarantee your reservation, not including tax.
The balance on the room is due one week prior to arrival. Visa,
Mastercard, American Express, Discover, personal check (mailed no
less than three weeks in advance), and cash accepted (however, a
credit card is necessary to reserve the room, and a processing fee
will be charged.)
- Minimum Stay: Peak weekends may require
a 2 night minimum stay.
- Check-in: between 3:30 pm and 12:30 am.
Please let us know if you anticipate a late arrival.Check-out:
by 11:00 am.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation
notice must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival
date for return of deposit minus a $25.00 processing fee.
Cancellations received less than 14 days of arrival date are subject
to non-refunded deposit. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival may
result in non-refunded payment, subject to whether room can be
rebooked and owners discretion. Please advise us right away if
you anticipate the need to cancel or change your reservation.
- Restrictions: Well-behaved children
welcome, but should be old enough to be sleeping in a regular bed.
Not equipped to have toddlers as guests. Smoking not allowed on
premises. Cannot accommodate guest pets (Stasia the dog loves
people, but not other animals.) There is a kennel 2 miles up the
road.
- Breakfast: Full breakfast included in
room rate. Breakfast is served from: flex. usually between 8:00 am -
9:30 am. in the garden out back or in the Dining Room. Lunch or
dinner is available by special request. Special meals available:
with several days notice, Low Fat, Restricted, Vegetarian, etc.

- Special Inn Services: Workshop space for
crafters. Ballroom, Latin and swing dance lessons, new offerings
included seminars on quilting, Hebron history and lore, the 10th
Mountain Division of WWII, antiques, massage, architecture,
genealogy, photography, and an ongoing Writer's Workshop called Your
Life Preserved, on recording family stories for future generations.
