• Rates: $110.00 to $160.00 per night based on double occupancy, extra person is $35.00 additional per night. Rates are subject to 8% NH room tax and subject to change without notice.

• Payment: Advance reservations require one night's deposit or 50% of a stay more than 2 days, with the remainder due upon check-in. Visa, MasterCard, Traveler's checks, and personal checks accepted.
• Check-in: between 3:00 - 6:00 pm; Check-out:before 11:00 am. Please notify us if other arrangements are necessary to accommodate you.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date to received a refund of deposit minus $20.00 cancellation fee. If cancellation notice is received less than 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the entire deposit is forfeited. If you wish to reschedule you may do so at no cost. Full rate will be charged if guests do not arrive, come after the reservation date, or depart before the final date of confirmed registration. All deposits are credited to the last night(s) of the reservation period and will be forfeited in case of early departure.
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking. Children age 8 and older welcome.
• Breakfast: Full breakfast served between 7:30 to 9:00 a.m.
• Recreation & Activities: Golf, biking, antiquing, auctions, galleries, fairs, fine dining, mountain climbing and hiking, swimming and boating abound.
• Attractions & Special Events: The Squams and Newfound Lake are less than 10 miles away, Winnipesaukee a bit further. The university's cultural events and the summer-long New Hampshire Music Festival are fifteen minutes away. And if visiting New Hampshire's tourist attractions is your thing they're a reasonable drive in any direction. On the map we're the geographic center of our small state.
