• Payment: Minimum deposit of one night's lodging for 1- to 3-night stay; 25% deposit for longer stays. Cash and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) accepted. Personal checks for advance deposits only.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 2 weeks prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit, less a $25.00 cancellation fee. For shorter-term cancellations, if we are able to rebook room, we will rebate all but whatever sum represents our financial loss.
• Restrictions: No pets or smoking. Social drinking allowed. Not appropriate for children.
• Breakfast: Breakfast choices from a menu.
• Languages Spoken: English, minimal German, and French.
• Recreation & Activities: Sandy Beach, para-sailing, deep sea fishing, whale-watching, and golf nearby. Fireworks every Wednesday night during July and August.
• Attractions & Special Events: Various summer events in nearby Portsmouth, New Hampshire and Newburyport, Massachusetts: outdoor concerts, art festivals, and more.

• Recommended Local Best Kept Secrets: Driving along the rocky coast from Hampton Beach to Portsmouth and even into Maine. Stop for lunch at a harborfront outdoor cafe in Portsmouth.
• Directions: On Interstate 95 North or South, take Exit 2 (Hampton Beach). Get onto Route 101 East and go approximately 4 miles to Hampton Beach. Route 101 will dead-end at the ocean. Cross over Route 1A (aka Ocean Blvd.) and take a left. Driving along the water, take Ocean Blvd. north approximately 2 blocks. The Inn is on the left just after the intersection of Route 101 West.
