• Accommodations: 15 bedrooms, each with private bath; some have whirlpool tubs and/or fireplaces. Also 2-bedroom guest house with full kitchen, living room with gas fireplace and satellite TV/VCR, screened porch, deck with seasonal heated enclosed shower, and central air conditioning; sleeps 4 (5 with cot).
• Rates: Rates are based on double occupancy and vary depending on room, day, and season. There is a $25.00 fee for additional person or cot in room. Rates do not include an 8% New Hampshire Meals and Lodging Tax and are subject to change without notice.

  Minimum stay is 2 nights on most weekends and 3 nights on certain holiday weekends and Dartmouth College weekends.

• Payment: A 50% deposit is required to confirm reservations. Visa, MasterCard, and travelers' checks accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days (30 days for special weekends) prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit. We will happily refund any deposit if we are able to re-rent your room for the duration of your reservation. Early departures will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. No refunds will be issued on the unused portion of your stay.
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking.
• Breakfast: Full breakfast included in rates for guests in rooms/suite (not included in guest house rates).
• Special Events at Inn: Small functions (family reunions and business retreats).
• Recreation & Activities: On site: Canoeing, kayaking, fishing, and biking. Nearby: Hiking, mountain climbing, golf, horseback riding, downhill and cross-country skiing, and snowmobiling.
• Attractions & Special Events: Appalachian Trail, Franconia Notch State Park, Dartmouth College/Hanover (12 miles), and the White Mountains.
• Directions: From the South (on the Interstates): From I-89 North, cross the Connecticut River into Vermont and take I-91 North to Exit 14 (Thetford/Lyme). Proceed east for approximately 1.4 miles to Route 5. Take a right on Route 5 and then an immediate left to cross the East Thetford Bridge. After crossing the bridge, take your first left onto River Road. Go approximately 3 miles and you will see sign on the left. The Inn is well set back from the road.
  From Hanover: Take Lyme Road (Route 10) north out of Hanover. Pass through the center of Lyme, staying on Route 10. Approximately 2 miles after the Lyme Congregational Church on the Green, take a left on North Thetford Road (across from Wagner Forest Management). At the end of the road, take a right onto River Road; sign is approximately 1.2 miles down on the left.
  From the North: Take I-91 South to Exit 14 (Thetford/Lyme), then follow directions From the South above.
