- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date for weekends, holidays, and special events (72 hours prior to scheduled arrival date otherwise).
- Check-in: 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. and by arrangement. Please call if arriving early or late.
- Restrictions: Sorry, we are unable to accommodate pets, but will assist with kennel arrangements on request. Smoking permitted on front porch and grounds only. Families and children welcome.
- Breakfast: A complimentary full homemade breakfast is served every morning.
- Recommended Favorite Recipes: St. Timothy's Coffee Cake and Apple, Bacon, and Cheese Quiche.
