• Payment: Deposit of 1 night required for reservation with a major credit card.
• Check-in: 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm Check-out: 11:00 am. Early and Late Check In is welcome with prior notice and done with our Key-less Entry System. The codes are given by phone and our guests are welcome anytime after 1 p.m.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received 7 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date entitle you to a refund, less a $25.00 processing fee for daily rates and a 10% processing fee for weekly rates. If less than 7 days is given, and only in the event we are able to rebook the room, we will issue a gift certificate that is equal to 80% of your deposit. If we are unable to rebook the room, the guest is responsible to pay for the entire period for which the reservation was made.
• Restrictions: Smoking, candles and pets are not permitted in the house. Children welcome.
• Breakfast: A Full Breakfast is served from 8:00 am to 9:30am daily. Arrangements can be made for early risers. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions so that we can accommodate your needs

• Recreation & Activities: Historic Beaufort, radio Island for swimming, picnicking, and walking trails. Beach combing, fishing, Croatan National Forest for hiking and picnics in the woods. Fort Macon State Park, Maritime Museum, Take a ferry to Cape Lookout Light House. View the horses of Shackelford and Carrot Island. State Aquarium in Pine Knoll Shores, and Historic Museum on Morehad City.
• Attractions & Special Events: Wooden Boat show, wine and food weekends, music festivals, marlin tournament, fishing excursions, and seafood festivals.
• Directions: From Raleigh: Take Hwy #70 East into Beaufort. Turn right at the first light onto Turner Street. We are one block down across from the Carteret County Library on the left.
  From Greenville: Take NC-43 South to US-17 South. Merge onto US-70 East. Take Hwy #70 East into Beaufort. Turn right at the first light onto Turner Street. We are one block down across from the Carteret County Library on the left.
