If cancellation is received less than 72 hours notice before the 3:00 p.m. check-in time, a $25.00 administrative fee plus a 1 night's stay will be charged to your credit card unless we are able to rebook the room for the period of your original reservation. If we are unable to rebook the room, the amount may be applied to a return visit to Meadows Inn within six months.
