Ingredients
1/4 cup olive oil
12 large shrimp, cleaned and tail on
2 garlic cloves, chopped
Dash red pepper flakes
Zest of whole lemon

Heat olive oil in non-stick skillet. Add garlic and stir. Add shrimp and coat with oil. Sprinkle red pepper flakes and lemon zest on shrimp and stir until shrimp is pink and sizzling. Serve immediately.

Recipe can be doubled and tripled.
