• Accommodations: 16 Inn rooms, 20 lodge rooms, 1 detached suite, 17 family-style cottages with kitchens, and 10 rustic cabin rooms, each with private bath. Some accommodations have whirlpool tubs, wet bars, fireplaces, and/or patios. All rooms have phones and cable TV.
• Rates: Rates are based on double occupancy and vary depending on room and season; each additional adult is $20.00 per night. Children 12 and under stay free. Cribs and rollaway beds available for a small fee. Rates do not include a 7% NC sales tax or a 3% Henderson County occupancy tax and are subject to change without notice.   On weekends, a Friday/Saturday stay is required (April-November). Historic Poolside Cottages require a 2-night minimum stay all year. Garden Hamlet Cottages require a 7-night minimum stay (Saturday to Saturday) all year.

• Check-in: 4:00 p.m. Please prearrange check-ins after 11:00 p.m. with our office. Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
• Payment: All rooms guaranteed on your major credit card. All major credit cards accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice for individual reservations must be received more than 7 days (45 days for Poolside Cottages and 60 days for Garden Hamlet Cottages) prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit. With less notice, the deposit becomes non-refundable. For group reservations, cancellation notice must be received at least 8 months prior to scheduled arrival date for full refund of deposit, less a $25.00 processing fee. If notice is received between 3 and 8 months prior to scheduled arrival date, a 50% refund will be made. The deposit is non-refundable within 3 months of scheduled arrival date.
• Restrictions: Two dog-friendly cottages, Periwinkle and Waterlily. Smoking allowed outdoors only.
• Meals: Highland Lake Inn's award-winning restaurant is famous in the area. Produce is organically grown and used in the gourmet creations served. Special activities include wine tastings and fabulous theme dinners.
• Restaurant on Premises: Fine dining in a casual country setting. Wine Spectator Award of Excellence. Open to public.
• Languages Spoken: French, ... Spanish, and English.
• Special Events at Inn: Specialize in corporate conferencing, sales meetings, family reunions, banquets, weddings, and receptions. Outdoor events also held.
• Recreation & Activities: On site: therapeutic in-room massage (extra fee), yoga studio with yoga classes, tennis, volleyball, horseshoes, outdoor swimming pool, fishing, and canoeing. Several golf courses nearby.
• Attractions & Special Events: Located in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, close to the city of Asheville and Historic Hendersonville.
