- Minimum stay: 2 night minimum on most
weekends (Friday and Saturday). Three night minimum on Holiday and
October. Two night minimum weekdays in October.

- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation
notice must be received by phone at least 14 days prior to scheduled
arrival date (30 days notice for certain special packages, events
and the month of October), the deposit is refundable less a $35.00
cancellation fee per room. If notification of a cancellation is
received (14) days or less prior to the arrival date (30 days notice
for certain special packages, events and the month of October), the
full amount of the reservation will be charged and is
non-refundable. There are no refunds for early departure. We reserve
the right to treat a partial cancellation as a cancellation for the
entire stay. There is a $35 fee for changing a reservation.
- Restrictions: No smoking, pet allowed
in Bungalow with prior approval. Children age 15 and older welcome
in the inn, children of any age are welcome in the cottage and
bungalow suites.
- Breakfast: Full 3-course Breakfast
served at 9:00 a.m. (one seating only). Early check-out Continental
breakfast is available. Vegetarian and other dietary restrictions
are accommodated. Bungalow units do not include breakfast.

- Directions: Take I-40W to
I-240W/Asheville, Exit 53B. Follow I-240W to Exit 5B/Charlotte
Street. At the end of ramp at stoplight, turn RIGHT. Proceed north
on Charlotte; turn LEFT on East Chestnut (at the Fuddruckers
Restaurant). Go 1 block. Turn LEFT onto Central. Turn into the first
driveway on the right. Parking is behind the greenhouse in the lower
lot.
NOTE: If you are coming from the Airport or Traveling on I-26W
or I-40E take I-240E into Asheville. Take Exit 5B (Charlotte Street)
and turn LEFT. (North, away from downtown) Follow directions above.
