• ACCOMMODATIONS:
  Bed & Breakfast: 5 rooms, each with private bath, phone with data port, and cable TV with VCR. 4 rooms have fireplaces, and 1 room has a whirlpool tub for 2.
  Cabins: Four 1-bedroom and one 2-bedroom log cabin which may include: a private bath with whirlpool, full kitchen, wood-burning fireplace, satellite TV with DVD player/VCR, and porch.
• OPEN: All year.
• RATES: Rates are based on double occupancy, do not include tax, and are subject to change without notice.

• MINIMUM STAY: 2 nights on weekends and 3 nights on major holidays. Also 3-night minimum stay on weekends in October and 2-night minimum during the week in October.

• PAYMENT:
  Bed & Breakfast: A stay of 1 to 3 nights requires a 1-night deposit; for 4 or more nights and special packages. A 50% deposit is required at time of booking. Balance due upon arrival. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, money orders, and personal checks accepted.

• CANCELLATION POLICY:
  Bed & Breakfast: Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date (30 days for certain special packages) for refund of deposit, less a $25.00 cancellation fee. Early departure falls within this policy.
  Cabins: Cancellation notice must be received at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit, less a $35.00 cancellation fee. Deposit is applied to last night, and early departure falls within this policy.
• RESTRICTIONS:
  Bed & Breakfast: No pets (dog and bird in residence). No smoking. Children 13 and older welcome.
  Cabins: Pets allowed with extra fee. Children of all ages welcome. No smoking.
• BREAKFAST:
  Bed & Breakfast: Full (breakfast in bed with 24-hour notice).
  Cabins: Not included. Cabins have kitchens.
• SPECIAL INN EVENTS: Murder mysteries January through April, weddings, and small conferences.
• RECREATION & ACTIVITIES: Snow skiing, snow tubing, golf, tennis, hiking, canoeing, tubing, kayaking, fishing, waterfall hikes, whitewater rafting, and biking.
