- Check-in: between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00
p.m. Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
- Payment: 1 night's deposit (excluding
taxes) is required for 1 or 2 night stays. 50% of the total amount
is due for stays of 3 or more nights, packages, and groups (3 or
more rooms). Your deposit will be applied to the last night(s) of
your confirmed reservation. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American
Express, Traveler's Checks, personal checks, and cash are accepted.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation
notice must be received at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival
date for a refund of all deposits made minus a $25.00 handling fee.
If cancellation is made with less than 7 days notice, there will be
no refund. For group reservations (3 or more rooms) or for
Thanksgiving, Christmas, and new Years, a 14-day cancellation policy
in enforced.
- Restrictions: Smoking is permitted
outside only. Children of all ages are welcome. Cats and dogs
welcome in 5 guestrooms (Rose, Holly, Magnolia, Dogwood, and Lilac
Rooms) with $20.00 per day fee.
- Breakfast: Full, two-course breakfast.
- Special Events at Inn: Packages,
weddings, receptions, parties, family reunions, crafting weekends,
meetings, and outdoor facility rental.

- Directions: From I-40 East or
West Bound: Take exit 51 to us 25a south. Take 25a south 6
1/2 miles to Royal Pines Drive (traffic light and market center gas
station on far right corner). Turn right onto royal pines drive. Go
one block, turn left into parking lot.
I-26 West from Spartanburg, etc.: Exit 40
(Airport). Turn right, go 2 miles, cross US 25, US 25-a (Sweeten
Creek Road) begins. Continue 1 mile to first traffic light. Turn
left onto Royal Pines Drive .Go one block, turn left into parking
lot.
From Biltmore Estate: Go straight out of the
estate. (McDonalds on your left and Exxon on right) Continue
straight through traffic light and continue for 7-1/2 miles on
Sweeten Creek Road (25a) to traffic light at Royal Pines Drive.
(Market Center gas station on far right corner). Turn right onto
Royal Pines Drive. Go one block, turn left into parking lot.
From Blue Ridge Parkway: Exit US 25 South
(Hendersonville road) Follow 25 through Skyland. Pass Black Forest
Restaurant, Arden Presbyterian Church and at the next traffic light
(BP on right, Sagebrush on left) turn left onto Royal Pines Drive.
Go 3 1/2 blocks and turn right into parking lot.
