• Rates: Rates shown are per night based on single or double occupancy. Extra person(s) in room is $20.00 per person additional per night, plus taxes. All rates are shown in US dollars and are subject to a Mexican Value Added Tax of 15% & a 2% bed tax. There is no charge for up to two children under the age of 12 in the room. • Payment: Deposit: 50% at time of reservation, balance due upon departure. One night reservations are charged in full.Visa, MasterCard, and American Express accepted. Personal checks accepted prior to arrival only.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date or your deposit will be forfeited, although it can be applied to a future reservation. If we are fortunate enough to rent out your room on a last minute basis, we will be happy to refund your deposit, less a 15% processing fee. For reservations made within 14 days of scheduled arrival date, or for 1 night reservations, no deposit will be charged. A credit card guarantee is required, however, to confirm your reservation. If you guarantee with a credit card and do not show up, your card will be charged in full for the number of nights that the room remains empty during your scheduled reservation.
• Restrictions: No pets and no smoking indoors. Children welcome.
• Breakfast: There is a complimentary hot full breakfast featuring Mexican specialties served every morning.
• Lunch/Dinner: There are numerous fine area restaurants within a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Our staff can make arrangements for dining as well.
