Cheese Wafers

Ingredients

2 sticks oleo

2 cups grated sharp cheddar

2 cups flour

1 dash Tabasco red pepper sauce (or more!)

1 cup crushed Rice Krispies cereal

Mix oleo with cheddar cheese; add flour and Tabasco with hands. Add cereal with hands. Roll mixture into marble-size balls. Flatten with fork onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Store in airtight container when cooled. Freezes well.
