Specialty Recipe

Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

2 packages chopped frozen broccoli

1 package Uncle Bens Wild Rice Mix

6 whole chicken breasts, broiled

1 can mushroom soup

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 cup mayonnaise

3/4 tablespoon curry powder

1 Tablespoon lemon juice

1 cup grated sharp cheese

Cook and season broccoli and wild rice according to directions on packages. Cut chicken in large, bite-size pieces. Arrange broccoli around edge, wild rice in center. Put chicken on top. Mix other ingredients together and pour over. Put cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes. Freezes well.
