• Payment: First night's deposit required. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash, and personal checks accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days (30 days for 3-day weekends, multiple-room bookings, and extended stays) prior to scheduled arrival date for a refund of deposit. This policy is strictly enforced, so please be sure of your plans prior to making a reservation.
• Restrictions: No pets (1 cat in residence, who is never allowed in guest rooms or areas) or smoking allowed. Well-behaved children over 10 are welcome. Social drinking is allowed, but smoking is permitted outside only.
• Breakfast: A full breakfast is served in the dining room or in garden during warm weather.
• Special Recommended Recipe: Lemon-Currant Scones.
• Languages Spoken: English, with a minimal understanding of Spanish.
• Attractions & Special Events: Gateway Arch, Busch Stadium, zoo, Missouri Botanical Garden, Six Flags amusement park, "Fair St. Louis" during July 4 weekend period.
