  Five cottages with 12 rooms featuring king size beds, two fireplaces - one with aroma therapy, six foot round Jacuzzi, steam shower with rain forest head and body sprays, kitchen, living room, two flat screen TV's, your own private outside hot tub, gas grill, and deck/patio with spectacular Missouri River views.
• Rates: Two couples stay at either location for the same price. Rates vary by the season and are subject to change without notice. Special event weekends are priced higher; Sundays before a legal Monday holiday sell at Saturday rate.

• Payment: Payment in advance by Visa, Master Card, or Discover.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 10 days prior to scheduled arrival date for refund, less a 10% handling fee (can be fully exchanged for a gift certificate to be used at a future date). Groups reserving 3 or more rooms must cancel at least 30 days in advance of scheduled arrival date to receive the above refund or gift certificate. For cancellations received less than 10 days in advance, a 50% refund will be provided. If we are able to make your cancelled reservation available to another guest, we will provide a full refund, less a 10% handling fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival date will receive no refund unless we are able to rebook the room.
• Check-in: Between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m. (hosts will be pleased to make arrangements for late arrivals). Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
• Restrictions: No pets or smoking. All guests must be at least 18 years old. Maximum occupancy is 2 people per room.
• Handicapped Facilities/Accessible: Wheelchair-accessible home with one room accessible.
• Breakfast: There is a complimentary full breakfast served every morning.
• Recommended Favorite Recipe: Hermann Hill Inn Oven French Toast.
• Recreation & Activities: Hiking and strolling through the vineyard and biking on the KATY trail and 3-mile hike through town starting at Inn.
