• Payment: A cash deposit (received within 7 days of making reservation) or credit card is required to confirm a reservation. 50% deposit required for cottages. Checks and all credit cards accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit. All cancellations subject to a $15.00 processing fee. Reservations cancelled within 7 days of scheduled arrival will be charged 50% or 1 night's stay, whichever is greater. No-shows are charged 100%.
• Check-in: 3:00 to 9:00 p.m. (Arrangements can be made for other times.) Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
• Restrictions: No smoking in Inn or Cottages (allowed on the spacious grounds). No pets. Children over 12 welcome in the Inn; children of all ages welcome in cottages.
• Breakfast: Full served gourmet breakfast included in Inn rates. Not included in cottage rates, but may be ordered for an additional fee.
• Languages Spoken: Some French and English.
• Special Events at Inn: Weddings, receptions, meetings, seminars, off-site conferences, retreats, Murder Mysteries, Wine Lover's Weekend, and Women Pamper Weekends.
• Recreation & Activities: Outdoor heated summer pool, year-round indoor 7-person hot tub, bikes, croquet, and bocce on site. Nearby fishing, boating, and cross-country skiing. Tulip Festival, Holiday Inn tours.

• Directions: From Chicago and the South: Take the Kennedy (I-90/I-94) (0.0 miles - Downtown Chicago at Madison Street). It merges into the Dan Ryan (I-90/I-94), and take the Chicago Skyway/Indiana Toll Road/I-90 exit (#59A) (7.6 miles). Indiana State Line (15.2 miles). Take the I-94 exit (#21) East towards Detroit (35.3 miles). Michigan State Line (66.3 miles). Take I-94 past Benton Harbor, to the US31/I-196 North exit (#34) towards Holland (99.5 miles). Exit at Douglas/Saugatuck (#36) (136.1 miles). At the top of the ramp, take a right onto Blue Star Highway. Continue for 2.2 miles; take a left onto Lake Street (at the Saugatuck sign - with the artist's palette on it); Twin Gables is the first driveway on the right (138.7 miles).
  From Detroit and the East: Take I-96 West, through Lansing, to Grand Rapids. Merge onto I-196 (left two lanes) towards Holland. Past Holland, I-196 and US31 will merge. Follow US31 South to exit #41. At the top of the ramp, take a right and follow Blue Star Highway towards Saugatuck for 2.7 miles. Take a right onto Lake Street just past the green "Saugatuck Business District" sign (at the "Saugatuck" sign - with the artist's palette on it). Twin Gables is the first driveway on the right. OR: Take I-94 West to US 131 North on the west side of Kalamazoo. Follow US131 North to M-89, near Plainwell. Follow M-89 West towards Allegan, Fennville, and Ganges. Take I-196 North to exit #36, Saugatuck/Douglas. Exit at Douglas/Saugatuck (#36). At the top of the ramp, take a right onto Blue Star Highway. Continue for 2.2 miles; take a left onto Lake Street (at the Saugatuck sign - with the artist's palette on it); Twin Gables is the first driveway on the right.
