• Payment: first night deposit due 7 days prior to arrival date. Visa and MasterCard accepted. 15% discount for guest using personal checks or cash.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit minus 50% cancellation fee. Deposits will be retained for cancellations made less than 48 hours of scheduled arrival date. Deposits will not be returned for cancelled holiday weekends.
• Restrictions: If you are bringing your equine companion please pack the vaccination records and Coggin’s results.
• Breakfast: Family style breakfasts are served from 8:30 am to 10:30 am. Guest cook $10.00 per day (by reservation only, noon - 7:00 pm. The Grange kitchen is also available for guests to cook and clean up between 12:00, noon, and 7:00 p.m. We can adapt to dietary restrictions with advanced notice.
• Special Lodge Services: Horses and Dogs $10.00 - $20.00 per day ($10.00 manure deposit per stalled horse). Dog sitting - $3.00 per hour, by reservation only.
• Recreation & Activities: Horseback riding, horse lodging, hiking, biking, fishing, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoe, birding, morel hunting, and just plane relaxing.
• Attractions & Special Events: Wildwood Hills Pathway maintained by the DNR out of Indian River, Cheboygan County, Petoskey State Park, Gaylord/Kalkaska/Cadillac or north to the Straits of Mackinac via Alanson.
• Airport Transportation: $20.00 each way. Refueling - current market price plus $.10 cents per gallon.
• Directions: From I-75- use the Wolverine exit following C-58 west towards Petoskey. After passing through Epsilon, watch for Maxwell Road on the left or south. Follow Maxwell Road carefully, at the 2 mile point it turns left, at about 3-1/2 miles, it turns right at a *cemetery. Do not turn. Proceed straight ahead on Newson Road, 1/2 mile. Grace Grange is located on the corner of Newson and Welsh Roads, 4 miles from C-58/Mitchell Road.
  From US 31/131: in Petoskey, take Mitchell Street east 7 miles to Maxwell Road, turn right, south, following Maxwell Road, carefully, at the two mile point it turns left, at about 3 1/2 miles it turns right at a *cemetery. Do not turn. Proceed straight ahead on Newson Road, 1/2 mile. Grace Grange is located on the corner of Newson and Welsh Roads, 4 miles from Mitchell Road.
