• Accommodations for B&B: 10 guest rooms, each with private bath. Most accommodations have private decks/patios and fireplaces.
  Accommodations for Condos: Condos are 2-bedroom / 2 bath units (sleeps up to 6) or 3-bedroom / 2 bath units (sleeps up to 7). Fully equipped kitchens, 2-way fireplaces between livingroom and sun room, dining area, and decks. Swimming pool and off street parking included. Sheets and towels are provided. No daily maid service or meals included. Units are cleaned for check in only. Units are to be left broom clean and picked up.
• Rates: shown based on single/double occupancy and do not include state and local taxes. Rates subject to change without notice.

• Payment for B&B: Deposit is equivalent to one night stay. Visa, MasterCard, and Discover, and checks accepted.
  Payment for Condos: 50% reservation deposit required at time of booking. Reservation will be held for 7 days while check is in the mail. Once the deposit is received, a contract will be sent to the renter. This will need to be signed and returned in a timely manner to hold the reservation. Additional 50% plus 8% state and local tax due 30 days prior to arrival. 70% damage deposit due at check in. Maximum damage deposit required is $1,000 and minimum security deposit required $600.
• Check-in: 4:00 pm Check-out: 10:00 am
• Cancellation Policy for B&B: Cancellation must be received 10 days prior to scheduled arrival date. A $10.00 cancellation fee is applied. Deposit is non-refundable if cancelled less than 10 days prior to scheduled arrival date.
  Cancellation Policy for Vacation Condos: Cancellation must be received 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date for any refunds of deposit.
• Handicapped Facilities/Accessible: Yes.
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking. Not suitable for children under 13.
• Breakfast: Full.
• Special Events at Inn: Weddings, receptions, small parties, meetings, conferences, and corporate retreats.
• Recreation & Activities: Swimming, golf, bicycles, walking trail, boating, and beach in area.
• Attractions & Special Events: Lake Michigan beach and festivals.
