Minimum stay is 2 nights on weekends May through October in all
rooms and on weekends all year in suites. A 3-night minimum stay is
required during summer holidays.

- Payment: A deposit equal to 50% of your stay/package
(including tax) charged to your credit card is required to make a
reservation. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, checks,
and cash accepted.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be
received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date for refund
of deposit. If a reservation is cancelled less than 14 days prior to
scheduled arrival date, you are responsible for all room/package
charges unless the room can be re-rented for the entire reservation.
All cancellations are subject to a $15.00 processing fee, regardless
of when the reservation is made. No-calls/no-shows are billed for
100% of their stay.
- Check-in: 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Eastern time (Sunday check-in
4:00 to 6:00 p.m.). All check-in times after 8:00 p.m. must be
pre-arranged. Check-out: by 11:00 a.m.
- Restrictions: No pets. No smoking (permitted outdoors).
Please call concerning children.
- Breakfast: Full gourmet everyday between 9:00 and 10:00
a.m.
- Special Events at Inn: Seasonal and romance packages,
weddings, New Year's Eve murder mystery package, and scavenger hunts
by arrangement. Packages also offered in conjunction with local
cooking school and winery.
- Recreation & Activities: Bicycles and some
cross-country ski equipment available on site. Nearby: water sports
(including fishing, boating, and swimming), golf, dune rides,
horseback riding, hiking, ice skating, and downhill (discounted lift
tickets available from Inn) and cross-country skiing.
- Attractions & Special Events: Resort towns of
Saugatuck, Holland, and South Haven. Also Lake Michigan beaches,
winery, summer theatre, Blue Coast Artisan's Trail, gourmet dining,
antiquing, shopping, Maritime Museum, Cranes Orchard, and numerous
festivals (Tulip Festival in May, Waterfront Film Festival in June,
Venetian Festival in July, Goose Festival in October, Halloween
Harvest Fest in October, Dicken's Christmas in November/December,
and Ice Festival in January).
- Recommended Local Best Kept Secrets: Blue Coast Artisan's
Trail, Southwest Michigan wine trail, and numerous antique shops.
- Directions: From Chicago and points West along
I-94: Take I-94 East to I-196 North; exit at Exit 34
(Fennville). At the bottom of the ramp, turn right onto M-89 and
follow east for about 6 miles. The Kingsley House will be on your
left.
From Detroit and points East along I-94: Take
I-94 West to US-131 North; exit at the Allegan / Plainwell (M-89)
exit. Follow M-89 West about 25 miles into Fennville. The Kingsley
House is 3 blocks west of downtown on the right-hand side.
From Detroit and points East along I-96: Take
I-96 West towards Grand Rapids to I-196 West towards Holland and
follow to Exit 34 (Fennville). At the bottom of the ramp, turn left
onto M-89 and follow east about 6 miles. The Kingsley House will be
on your left.
