The Kingsley House Bed and Breakfast Inn is located in the
heart of southwest Michigan on the edge of the small town of
Fennville, just minutes from the resort towns of Saugatuck,
Holland, and South Haven. Allegan State Forest and the sandy
beaches of Lake Michigan are also close by. The rolling
country, with its many fruit orchards and scenic hiking
trails, is a beautiful escape for all seasons.
The Kingsley House reflects a warm and cozy
atmosphere that invites you to relax in one of the eight
beautifully appointed lodging accommodations. Each guestroom
offers a private bath, king- or queen-size bed, cable TV, and
VCR/DVD player. The four Jacuzzi suites as well as two of the
rooms boast fireplaces. The Jacuzzi suites have terry cloth
bathrobes for you to lounge in, and all of the rooms have
special aromatherapy Kingsley House soaps and shampoos.
Relax on the front porch's wicker furniture
or in the backyard canopy swing while taking in the
countryside surroundings, or cuddle up together in the side
garden's hammock while listening to the gurgling fountain.
After you come back from dinner, watch a movie in the side
garden's large-screen outdoor movie theater complete with
surround sound. If you would rather watch a movie in the
privacy of your own room, the Inn's large in-house video/DVD
collection is always available.
The Kingsley House has bicycles available
for you to use to explore the countryside. Ride by Hutchins
Lake on your way to the winery. Hike the Dunes State Park or
along the splendor of Lake Michigan's beaches. Explore the
beauty of Allegan State Forest on the Inn's cross-country skis
in the wintertime, with downhill ski areas nearby as well.
Tennis, golf, and watersports are also close by for endless
fun. Be sure to take in a show at the summer theatre or drop
by the Tulip Festival in May, Waterfront Film Festival in
June, Goose Festival in October, and Ice Festival in January.

Breakfast is
an event at the Inn, no matter what day of the week. A full
gourmet feast is served everyday between 9:00 and 10:00 a.m.
All breakfasts are homemade with farm-fresh ingredients, and
your hosts use local Michigan farmer's market harvests
whenever possible.
Have a seasonal treat of lemonade and
cookies on the large wrap-around porch in the summertime,
indulge in caramel apples and cider in the fall, and make your
own s'mores in the wintertime. A hot beverage machine is
available 24 hours a day with a select coffees, teas, cocoa,
and cider, as are complimentary sodas and bottled waters.
