• Payment: One half of total payment is required as deposit, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, checks, traveler's checks, money orders, and cash are accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must received at least 7 days (30 days required for Special Inn Events or more than two room reservations) prior to scheduled arrival date for refund. A $20.00 handling fee applies for any cancellations.
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking in the Lodge or Rooms. Social drinking is accepted. Can accommodate children during the week (Sunday through Thursday).
• Breakfast: A full candlelight breakfast is served.
• Recommended Favorite Recipe: Cranberry Bread and Fruit Soup.
• Recreation & Activities: Heated outdoor pool open from May 15 to October 1. Canoe packages, golf packages, ski packages, and romantic packages all available at the Inn. Fishing for northern, pike, walleye, small/largemouth bass in 36 lakes within a 6-mile radius of Inn. Downhill skiing at Swiss Valley, the best teaching facility in the state, only 1 mile from Inn.
• Special Events at the Inn: Small weddings (30 to 34, must rent entire Inn), intimate weddings, parties, reunions, conference room available for meetings, and day seminars (seating capacity for 30 and standing 50). Also Cayman Island Pool Parties (certain weekends June through August), Chuckwagon Dinner Weekends (certain weekends July through September), A Wildwood Thanksgiving Weekend, Colorado Country Christmas Weekends (certain weekends in December), Colorado Steak Nights (weekends March and April), and vacation week and special ski packages.
