Cheese Cakes

Ingredients

Two 8-ounce packages cream cheese

1/2 cup sugar

1 egg

1-1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

1 stick butter

Mix sugar and egg together, then add cream cheese. Blend graham cracker crumbs and butter. Place 1 teaspoon of crumb mix in mini muffin wrap (set in mini baking tin) and compress. Add 1 teaspoon cream cheese mix into each muffin wrap. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Don't over-bake; you don't want them to yellow. Place 1 teaspoon cherry pie filling on each little cheese cake.
