- Accommodations: 9 rooms and 3 suites, each with private
bath; some have fireplaces, and all have air conditioning. The Cape
House, a cottage suite in a separate building, sleeps 6, includes 3
rooms plus full kitchen, linens, utensils, towels, and is
handicapped accessible.
- Rates: Rates are based on double occupancy and include
breakfast, hors d'oeuvres, and afternoon tea. Each additional person
over 2 in Room 9 (suite) and The Cape House: $30.00 per night. Rates
are subject to change without notice.

Minimum stay is 2 days during season (mid-June through October
15) and 3 days on holidays.

- Payment: Deposit is 1 night's stay or 50% of total stay,
whichever is greater. Visa, MasterCard, and personal checks
accepted.
- Cancellation Policy: Notice of cancellation must be
received at least 3 weeks prior to scheduled date of arrival for
full refund of deposit. In the event of a late cancellation, the
deposit will be refunded if the room is re-rented for the period of
time reserved.
- Restrictions: No pets. No smoking. Children 13 and older
welcome in main Inn; all ages welcome in Cape House.
- Breakfast: Full breakfast.

Pancakes.

(entire Inn must be booked). Also wine dinner weekends and various
packages (sailing, cruising, hiking, and antiquing).
