Ingredients
1 cup sour cream
4 eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup flour
Fruit (peaches, blueberries, or apples)

Mix all wet ingredients together first. Mix dry ingredients second. Blend for 2 minutes with blender. Can use any fresh fruit to mix -- thinly sliced peaches, Maine blueberries, or fresh apples are particularly good.

Makes: up to 8 pancakes.
