• Accommodations: 19 rooms and 6 suites. all rooms have air conditioning/ heat, telephone and Cable TV. All suites have kitchenettes. Most rooms have private decks with water views, air conditioning, and cable TV. Wireless Internet is available throughout the Main House. Cribs are available at no charge.

• Rates: $110.00 to $315.00 per night. All rates are subject to 7% Maine Food & Lodging tax. Additional guests or roll-a-ways are $15.00 per night, no charge for children 14 and under in rooms with alcoves and suites. Rates are subject to change without notice.

• Payment: Deposit is 25% of total stay or 1 night's payment. Personal check, cash or travelers checks are preferred. Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 2 weeks prior to scheduled arrival date to ensure refund of deposit. If less than required notice is given, deposit will be refunded if cancelled space is re-rented. A $25.00 processing fee is deducted from all refunds. Above policies apply to delayed arrival or early departure. •For reservations made a year in advance, a 120-day cancellation notice is required.
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking in rooms. Children welcome.
